Creativity. Action. Society

Creativity. Action. Society

Educational process at ISI is based on the trinity of creativity, action, and society.

We see our children not only as intelligent and well-read students but also as  people leading healthy lifestyle, thinking creatively, and working as a team. They are people with active attitude to life, who are not indifferent to what is happening around us and who strive to make the world a better place.

Creativity

Creativity is the driving force that shapes the modern world.

Our educational methodologies allow children to develop and preserve their creative abilities as well as maximize their potential in any of life spheres.

Extracurricular activities in our school include choreography, music, theater, painting, sculpture and other arts. If student is not attracted to drawing or dancing, they can join literary club, be passionate about photography or try their hand at cooking.

Geographical proximity to theaters, museums, libraries, exhibition halls of the city allows not only visiting them frequently but also holding creative meetings with leading artists or actors, participating in master classes, etc.

The difference between what we do and what we can do is enough to solve most of the problems in the world. (M. Gandhi)

Action

Physical activity is movement, energy, vigor of spirit and body. Today more and more young people  are starting to prefer sports and healthy lifestyle, which help increase human performance and productivity.

Every student of ISI  findssomething for themselves in sports: martial arts, basketball, football, tennis, or golf. We are proud of our sports traditions: health weeks, sports games, family sports holidays and friendly matches.

Society

What I can do for the world is a very important issue for a growing person who wants to make the world a better place.

Doing something useful and essential, our children get valuable experience and make personal contribution to common goal to improve the world.

Social projects at our school have become traditional. They are Christmas charity fairs and concerts, visits to orphanages with creative programmes, assistance to shelters of homeless animals, volunteer projects of students to create school infrastructure, and work as counselors in children's camp.

ISI pride is students’ participation in large-scale creative actions "Give Holiday to Children," when teachers and students of Istochnik, together with the team of young specialists of Volga-Dnepr Airlines, present New Year's plays for children of Volga-Dnepr airline employees. ISI often invites to cooperate leading artists of Ulyanovsk Drama Theater named after I. A. Goncharov.
