Project activities encourage children to participate in a large number of various academic events.<\/p>\n
At classes that are planned by ISI students themselves, children determine what they want to know, what they already know, and what they will need to know to complete a project. They hypothesize, develop criteria, plan time, determine materials needed, create and evaluate their product. <\/p>\n
Such activities provide students with an opportunity to do something interesting on their own or in a group. It allows them to prove themselves, use their strength and knowledge, and be useful. <\/p>\n
For example, in 2015, under ISI students\u2019 project, an infrastructure for a golf course ( \u201cPitch and Putt\u201d type) was created.
